Absolutely. Jen's background in excavation and construction means we can help evaluate a lot, coordinate with builders, review plans, and walk properties with an eye for what most buyers miss.
How does buyer representation work, and what does it cost?
We represent you, not the seller. Compensation is discussed transparently up front and structured to fit your situation, we'll walk you through the options at our first conversation.
