She founded The Elite Group in 2006 to help individuals, families, executives, retirees, and estate clients, locally and across the country, navigate life's most significant transitions with clarity and calm.

Her roots in Arkansas construction and development run deep. Jen's career began at Meyer Excavators, the excavation and construction company her grandfather founded in 1949, where she still partners closely with her dad, collaborating on client projects and helping bring their visions to life. She also works alongside her husband's firm, Harper Construction. That background lets her evaluate a property through both a real estate and construction lens: drainage, water flow, site conditions, build quality, foundation, land characteristics, and long-term investment potential.
