I'm Jen Harper, founder of The Elite Group. I'm the personal assistant, household manager, and family concierge behind Experience the Luxury of Time, and a top producing real estate agent throughout Central Arkansas.

Since 2006, I've helped households and professionals navigate life's most significant transitions, from bringing a new baby home to relocating across the country to downsizing into the next chapter, with clarity and calm. My team and I occasionally support estate clients outside the region, but Central Arkansas is where we live, work, and know best.

My work started long before I ever sold a house. My background is rooted in land, construction, and hard work, with family ties in Meyer Excavators (founded by my grandfather in 1949) and Harper Construction. That background shaped how I run every part of The Elite Group: with an eye for detail, practical problem-solving, and a genuine belief that your time is your most valuable asset.

As your household manager and personal concierge, I step in as the calm, capable presence managing what needs managing, whether that's overseeing a home while you travel, coordinating vendors and projects, managing a second home or vacation property, or simply being the on-call assistant who handles the one-off request that doesn't fit anywhere else. I work with discretion and a servant's heart, the same way I'd want someone caring for my own family's home.
